Booking Policies

We are expecting if reservations are made via email by filling out the reservation form on the Booking page, so that we can receive your request clearly. But we can still accept your booking via phone, fax or other means that is easy for you.

Since the number of requests, each reservation will be processed first, then the booking confirmation will be sent to you via email. Why do you have to wait?... We do not want to fool you with "instant confirmation" slogan. We do not want to deceive you by saying that the hotel room are still available, whereas in fact they were sold out. We just wanted to confirm the truth to you, so when you book an hotel room we will asked for official confirmation from the hotel about the room availability clearly and block it by your name until a certain period.

Vouchers are securities as a proof of payment that will be given to you who have made a payment for your reservation.

Vouchers will be sent to you via email and must be shown to the receptionist upon check in at the hotel or must be given to our staff if you booked other services such as tours, vacation packages, honeymoon packages and adventure activities.

Vouchers is a substitute payment that can be used once only and non-refundable in any form.

In the event of loss of vouchers, please inform us no later than the day before your arrival so that we can send a new voucher for you. No charge for resent voucher.

There is no charge for cancellations before payment is made.

There is no refund for cancellations made after the payment of bills.

Payment must be made not later than the deadline date that will be set in the confirmation email.

Payment can be done in various ways: through our online payment system, via electronic transfer to our bank account, or through Western Union services. But we always encourage you to make a payment through our Online Payment System for your secure and efficiently.

Your reservation will be deemed fictitious if we have not received your payment by the specified deadline time.
